Ana Paula is a trailblazing young attorney who specializes in the dynamic intersection of technolog and media law. With a deep understanding of the complexities within the tech and media sectors in Mexico and Latin America, since her time as a first-year law student Ana Paula has assisted on contentious and noncontentious media, technology and entertainment matters.
She works with multi-jurisdictional clients on matters involving the cross-over space of media, IP and technology.
Her practice has a particular focus on social media, artificial intelligence, data protection, consumer protection, fintech & entertainment, as well as technology disputes. She also has experience lobbying and with national and international legislation research.
In her free time, Ana Paula is also a pro paddle player. She has participated in two World Championships; one being held in Mexico and the other being held in Spain.
